Together with Zak Group we designed the new "Idea House 3" shop for the Walker Art Centre in Minneapolis. "Idea House 3 is a contemporary design store that celebrates iconic design, sustainable practices, and timeless objects. Rotating collections are brought to life in a modular, exhibition-style presentation reminiscent of the rooms in a home, inviting you to interact with design objects and to imagine how they might enhance your own spaces."

Together with ZUS from Rotterdam and Schipper Bosch have we developed the masterplan for De Nieuwe Stad, a redevelopment of a former toothpaste factory in the outskirts of Amersfoort. The site is around 55.000 m2, the first two new residential buildings are now in planning, a triangular building by Dyvik Kahlen and a tower developed by Studio Muoto from Paris.

Book - "Dyvik Kahlen In Practice, Villa Ruba" is out now. For the fourth book in the In Practice series, we explore the design process of Villa RuBa, located near Arnhem. Together with Fabrizio Ballabio, we develop the compositional research related to the historic typology of the villa and to the specificities of the sloping park in which it is located, and reveal how Virtual Reality is used to investigate the spatiality of the project before its realisation on the construction site. Additional contributions evoke the role of annotation as a design tool, the ambivalence of a classical and vernacular project, and the entanglement of contemporary architecture with pop culture.
